The Healing Mentorship 6 Month Program can be done individually or with a life-partner.  

FOR INDIVIDUALS: 

• One 45 min session to map out your goals and purpose for the program.  
• One 90-minute INside-OWT Mind-Body Session (or other *OPTIONS -In person or via phone or zoom video conference)  
  *Micro-dosing assisted sessions - these sessions are 150-180 mins (up to 3 hours)  
  *Vision focused sessions for vision improvement. 
• Three 30 minute support calls/month 
• Session summary notes, resources​ and custom-between-session assignments
• UNLIMITED same-day text/ voice memo 

Total Time: 1,125 mins over 6 months 

• 45 mins Initial goal setting first month 
• 3.0 hours/month combined session time 
• + custom homework emails & text/voice support

FOR COUPLES: 

• One 75 min session to map out your goals and purpose for the program.  
• One 120 minute (2 Hour) Conscious Communication/INside-OWT sessions  ​(In person or via or zoom video conference)

• * NOTE: Couples are advised to take the 8 week Conscious Communication Course
